Who do you know wants to work? GMS is hiring!

Grounds Maintenance Services is looking for a few good men (or women).

Our continued growth – thanks to our incredibly-valued customers – has us facing an ever-growing workload, and an obvious need for more hands to get it done. We’re hiring!

GMS has several openings for people who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with customers and being part of a team that prioritizes excellence. We’re looking for those who are self-starters, and don’t need a boss breathing down their necks to perform at the highest level. Is this you, or someone you know?

We’re serious here. These are full-time seasonal positions based out of our New Berlin shop. The right people will have opportunities for personal and professional growth and advancement.

Variety is our daily spice. Our team members work on an ever-changing rotation of lawn care and landscape projects. They’re always on the go. Boredom is not an option at GMS.

Above all, we need people who are conscientious and willing to work hard. Previous landscaping and fertilizing experience is a plus. However, we’ll train the right people. Motivation and eagerness to learn go a long way on our team.

Seeing as they’ll be using equipment, good candidates also need a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record of at least two years. We pay $10 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Let’s be honest: Needing more employees is a good challenge. We owe it to our amazing customers who have trusted and supported GMS over the years.

If you know someone who relishes fast-paced work and enjoys wearing red, please send them our way. They can call (414) 403-7767 or e-mail gmsinfo@groundsmaintenancewi.com. Thanks in advance!
